Big calendars finish
Large syncs run in batches and complete in the background. Years of events import without the dreaded "exceeded maximum time" error.
Preview + delete safety cap
Every write can be previewed first, and a single sync can never delete more events than the cap you set. A runaway spreadsheet cannot empty your calendar.
Re-imports update in place
Rows are matched to real events by ID, so re-syncing refreshes your sheet instead of piling up copies — and unchanged rows are left alone.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your licence key is shown immediately after checkout — paste it into the add-on once and you're done.
Refunds & cancellation
Try before you buy: the 14-day trial includes every feature, so you can prove CalWeave works on your own calendar before paying anything.
If you purchase and something doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full. Renewal charges are refundable on the same terms. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via the payment management link in your receipt email; your licence stays active until the end of the paid year.
Terms of service
CalWeave is provided by Edwards Bros (Spaldwick) Ltd, trading as CalWeave ("we"). By purchasing a licence you agree to these terms.
Licence
A licence permits one Google account to use CalWeave's paid features for the paid period. Licences auto-renew annually until cancelled.
Service
CalWeave runs inside your own Google account using Google's Apps Script platform, and depends on Google services remaining available. We maintain the add-on against Google's platform changes and provide support by email.
Your data
Your calendar and spreadsheet contents are processed inside your Google account and are never stored on our servers. See the privacy policy below.
Liability
CalWeave includes safeguards (preview, delete caps, duplicate protection), but you remain responsible for reviewing changes before applying them to important data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Privacy policy
CalWeave requests the minimum Google permissions needed to do its job:
- Google Calendar (read and events): to read events for import and to create, update or delete events you ask it to.
- The current spreadsheet only: CalWeave can only see the spreadsheet it's open in — not your other files.
- Your email address: to tie your licence to your account and to email you if a payment needs attention.
- External requests: solely to verify your licence key with our licence server over HTTPS.
We do not store your calendar events or spreadsheet contents on our servers. Synchronisation happens inside your Google account. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone. The only data that leaves your Google account is your licence key and account email, sent to our licence server for validation. Settings are stored in Google's per-document Properties service inside your own account; uninstalling the add-on removes its access.
CalWeave's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
